What is the minimum/maximum number of participants for an event
Our packages vary regarding the minimum numbers which are indicated in our “shooting packages” page in the description for each package. As for maximum numbers we are not limited, if you have the time we can run the event. We also can customise a package for the very large groups to suit a budget and time frame.
Note- An event can still be conducted if minimum numbers are not achieved, however a minimum amount is charged $920 (8 x Challenge) with the additional targets spread amongst the present participants.
What’s the minimum age?
To participate in an Oz Shooting event participants must be 15 years old. A parent/guardian must sign for all participants under 18 years of age.
Do I need to know exact numbers when I book?
This is not necessary but an approximate number of participants are needed to plan the day’s events and also allow for the correct amount of instructors for each session. We ask to be updated via email or phone if the approximate number originally estimated upon booking drops or rises dramatically.
Is the event weather permitting?
No, we won’t cancel an event due to a bad weather report and as it’s an outdoor sport we advise participants to bring the appropriate clothing for the day. We will stop in bad weather and resume once cleared or eased.
Is alcohol permitted?
Oz shooting enforces a zero alcohol / drugs policy for all participants prior and during their event. Alcohol is permitted only after an event has been completed.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date and time for all packages. If catering is selected a deposit is also required.
When is the balance payment required?
Balance payments are required to be cleared in our bank 7 days prior or arrangements can be made for payment on the day (ask for details).
How can I make payment?
We accept cash, credit card(over the phone), EFT, cheque (deposit only)
